Great prints from Chicago-based illustrator Laura George. I have a "thing" for architectural forms in illustrations.

Great set of plantable seed wine tags perfect gift for an eco-friendly host. Design by Brizida Ahrnsbrak, paper and printing by Porridge Papers.
I've mentioned before that we had an all black and white wedding. . .if I could have a "do-over," these shoes would definitely have made their way into our big b&w day. More black and white shoe goodness here and here.

This is ingenious! Although, it would be an easy d.i.y. project and fun to make little custom illustrations.
p.s. Found these over at The Spoon Sisters, a new-to-me site. I love the mix of fun gift items and useful, everyday things. . .they say it best: "Our sensibilites range from classic to kitsch, funny to functional." (link found via how blog)

I have notNeutral's Ribbon set bookmarked for when we replace our everday plates, but I'm loving the mix-and-match concept of In The Mix. A different design combo for every dinner! (link via outblush)

I was recently in a wedding where I was asked to wear something pink {a bit of a challenge for my black, grey, brown, cream and white wardrobe that has barely a pop of green, red and yellow here and there}. Well, I ended up with a soft gold color dress and decided for pink accessories. Just wanted to share these two amazing Etsy sellers that I'm sure I'll be back to in the near future as this is the year of weddings for us {2 down, 5 more to go}. Anyways, here's what I ended up with:
This beautiful Chloe necklace from Sparkle Couture:
And this gorgeous Peony clutch from RedRubyRose {so stunning in person}:

"See? Right there, by the giraffe. . ." Available here {but the site's not in English}, but I'm sure many crafty ones out there could come up with their own super cute versions. (via home rejuvenation)

Coasters slash magnets slash blackboard. . .genius!
These coasters are made with a special UV coated vinyl that you can draw on with regular chalk and then wipe off with a damp cloth for their next use.Available right here from purpose design.
The cool thing is the cork backs have a small, strong magnet embedded in them so you can store them on the fridge when you're not using them. Each magnet is counter sunk so the back surface of the coaster remains flat.

Did you see Erin's interview and lovely home featured over at Apartment Therapy? I first "met" Erin last fall after seeing her incredible {black and white, of course} bedroom on {another one of my favs} Desire to Inspire. A beautiful home and a truly inspiring blog!

So long story short. . .a few clicks on the ol' Google and I found myself emailing back and forth with "The Weddex" herself, Rebecca Grinnals of Engaging Concepts who just so happens to live in the same town. And come to find out, she's also planned an amazing B2B wedding industry conference, engage!08 that I will be attending tomorrow! Actually, I just got back from a little pre-conference get together meeting so many successful and talented people. Hope you all don't mind a few wedding posts here and there this week as I hope to give some conference highlights and introduce you to some of the wonderful people I've met!
